Services Environmental, Inc. is a small environmental consulting firm. We
specialize in solving complex hydrogeologic problems, developing innovative
solutions, working with project teams, mining historical project data, and
communicating our findings in a clear and understandable format.
We employ three full-time and four part-time staff. Full-time staff are
described below. Our part-time staff includes a litigation support specialist, a
PhD chemist, a database/visualization expert, and a design engineer.

Mr. Sayko is a hydrogeologist with over 25 years of experience in environmental consulting. He has extensive experience with complicated environmental
projects across the United States. Through his background in hydrogeology and quantitative hydrogeologic data analysis he has developed a dynamic and
innovative company that provides technical solutions to complex environmental problems. He has applied his expertise to Resource Conservation and
Recovery Act (RCRA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), and State-lead projects serving industry, the
legal community, and the public sector.
Mr. Sayko's project experience includes numerous geologic/hydrogeologic/environmental investigations, developing conceptual models, surface water and
groundwater volatilization modeling, flow and transport modeling, groundwater and soil remediation using traditional and innovative technologies, providing
unique approaches to remedial design performance evaluation, designing strategies to optimize the performance of remediation systems, and negotiating
with Potentially Responsible Party (PRP) groups and agencies. He has also prepared expert reports for Natural Resources Damages (NRD) cases and
acted as an expert technical witness for an innovative septic system design.
Mr. Sayko is skilled at communicating complex geological and environmental data through visualization and animations. He and the SEI Team can meet
complex objectives and are capable of providing efficient, independent, third-party reviews as well as working with a team of consultants.

Mr. Daniels is a hydrogeologist with over 15 years of experience as an environmental consultant. He has extensive experience working on complicated
environmental projects across the United States. He tends to take an 'outside the box' approach to solving complex environmental problems, exploring
innovate and cost-effective ways to collect and analyze data. He recognizes the value in taking an efficient approach to site characterization, mining historical
data, generally minimizing the need to collect additional data. Mr. Daniels is skilled at developing conceptual models that are consistent across the various
media for a site. He has designed environmental sampling equipment, and has experience using vibracoring, cone-penetrometers, and geophysical
techniques (surface and downhole). He is also experienced at communicating environmental data through visualizations and animations.
Mr. Daniels has an interest in geothermal technologies and building energy performance.
